Double standards will never go away.

As they say, "We judge ourselves by our intentions and others by their actions”

When companies expect loyalty but aren't loyal to their employees

Different employees are held to different standards

People only care about the one bad thing, ignoring all the good

Managers berate overworked employees while refusing to pitch in

Assuming men are babysitting when they're actually parenting
